A new month and a new strength cycle. We are using the same 6 exercises this cycle but we are staggering them differently. We will use Thursday as a make-up day for the strength exercises performed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. There will be a strength programmed on Friday and Saturday and the 6th exercise will be programmed the following Monday. This means that if you back squat on Monday week 1, you will back squat on Tuesday the following week and Wednesday the 3rd week. We are always tweaking things a little trying to make our program at Magna the best program for our students. As always we welcome your feedback on exercise selection and on scheduling.
